Who we are
This policy describes the Tiny Wins app, published by ApexCraft (GitHub organization ApexCraft-Br). ApexCraft is a Brazilian software studio.
Questions about this policy or Tiny Wins: apexcraft@googlegroups.com.
What the app is
Tiny Wins is a productivity app for micro-habits that take under two minutes. There are no streaks, no punishment for pausing, and progress stays on the device.
Tiny Wins is not a medical device. The store category is Productivity.
Data we store
Tiny Wins v1 has no account and no forced login. There is no cloud sync.
Everything you record stays on this device. In v1 that includes:
- Habits you create (titles you type and local metadata)
- Win history
- Avatar progress
- Settings (theme, accessibility, language, reminders)
- Onboarding flag (whether you have finished the intro)
What never leaves the device
User-authored habit titles and win history never leave the device in v1. We do not send that data to ApexCraft, to our servers, or to third parties.
Permissions
Local notifications are optional. On Android the app requests the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission at runtime. Daily reminders use inexact scheduling; Tiny Wins does not use the exact-alarm privilege.
You can deny the permission and use the app without reminders.
Third-party libraries
Tiny Wins v1 is a Flutter app. The libraries below run on the device. None of them is an ads, analytics, or social SDK.
- Flutter — application framework
- shared_preferences — local storage for preferences and app data
- flutter_local_notifications — on-device local reminders
- timezone — local timezone for scheduling reminders
Device integrity
Production builds may run on-device integrity checks (safe_device, via ac_integrity_safe_device). v1 does not include Talsec or freeRASP telemetry. These checks do not send a device profile to ApexCraft.
Retention
Because data lives only on this device, it remains for as long as the app is installed and app storage has not been cleared. ApexCraft does not keep a server-side copy.
Deletion
In Tiny Wins v1 you delete data on this device in Settings → Privacy & data → Delete all data on this device. That command clears habits, wins, avatar progress, settings, and the onboarding flag, and cancels local reminders. ApexCraft does not keep a server-side copy.
You can also:
- Clear the app’s storage in your device system settings, or
- Uninstall Tiny Wins
Any of these options removes the same data on this device. There is no account or cloud copy to request remote deletion.
Children
Tiny Wins is not designed for children. The declared Google Play target audience is 13 and older.
The expected content rating (Everyone / ClassInd L) comes from the IARC questionnaire and describes the content, not the target audience. Tiny Wins is not enrolled in Designed for Families.
Security
v1 data does not travel over the network. Practical protection is that of the device itself: screen lock, system accounts, and the app’s isolated storage. Production builds may refuse to continue on a compromised device, without sending telemetry.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. The URL stays https://apexcraft-br.github.io/en/privacy/tiny-wins/ — we do not rename that path.
